Terms of Use

1. What the service is

CryptoTrader is an extension for Chromium-based browsers that injects a sidebar into tradingview.com pages. It helps you build trades from your chart's drawings, calculate position size, send orders to the cryptocurrency exchanges where you registered an API key, follow positions and protections, and share analyses with other users.

The extension is not a broker, exchange, custodian, asset manager or investment advisor. It never holds your funds.

2. Who may use it

• You must be 18 or older and have full legal capacity.
• You need a TradingView account and to be signed in to it.
• You need to create a CryptoTrader account (nickname, e-mail and password) and validate the e-mail.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your country regarding crypto asset trading, and for respecting the terms of the exchanges you use.

3. Your account

Your account's identity is the TradingView username you are signed in with. You are responsible for keeping the password secret and for everything done with your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not create accounts to impersonate someone else and do not use the nickname to imitate third parties. We may refuse or remove abusive nicknames.

4. Exchange API keys

• Create the keys without withdrawal permission. You assume the risk of configuring them otherwise.
• If you clear your browser data, switch computers or remove the extension, the registered keys are lost and have to be registered again.
• Revoke the key on the exchange if you stop using the extension.
• Any order sent with your key is, as far as the exchange is concerned, an order of yours.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the extension for illegal activity, market manipulation or fraud;
• attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, account blocks or feature availability;
• automate mass calls to our servers, or overload them;
• reverse engineer it to redistribute the product, resell it or publish modified copies as if they were official;
• publish, in the analysis sharing or in the comments, illegal, offensive, misleading content, spam or third parties' personal data.

We may moderate or remove shared content that breaks these rules.

6. Shared content

The analyses and comments you publish remain yours. By publishing them, you grant CryptoTrader a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store them and display them to the other users of the service, for as long as you keep the publication. You may delete them at any time through the extension itself.

Third-party analyses are the opinion of whoever published them. We do not verify or endorse them.

7. Availability, features and updates

• The service is offered “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. There may be maintenance, downtime or network failures.
• Some features may be enabled or disabled remotely by the server — per account, per plan or for everyone —, including during fixes.
• The extension may require an update to a minimum version and ask the browser to update and reload the extension, when an old version stops being compatible or safe.
• We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Relevant changes are announced with reasonable notice, where possible.
• The extension depends on third-party services — TradingView and the exchanges — which may change their pages and APIs without notice, temporarily breaking features.

8. No investment advice

Risk calculations, position sizing, targets, stop, alerts, the asset radar and any indication shown by the extension are informational and may contain errors, delays or outdated data. None of it constitutes a recommendation, advice or securities analysis. Always check the information on your exchange before deciding.

In particular: prices, balances, positions and protections shown in the sidebar are reproductions of what the exchange's API returned, and may be out of date. The source of truth is always the exchange.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoTrader is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, absence of errors or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that an order will be sent, accepted, amended or cancelled by the exchange, nor that it will happen within the expected time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or the impossibility of using the extension — including those resulting from failure, delay, unavailability, incorrect data, calculation error, the behaviour of third parties (TradingView, exchanges, infrastructure providers) or your own operational decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded under the applicable law, including Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the access of an account that breaks these Terms, that threatens the security of the service or of other users, or by legal requirement. You may stop using it whenever you want, by removing the extension; to delete the registration from the server, follow the procedure in the Privacy Policy (section “How to request account deletion”).

12. Intellectual property and trademarks

The software, the brand and the materials of CryptoTrader belong to its developer. These Terms grant only a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the extension.

TradingView, Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC, BingX, KuCoin, WEEX, Hyperliquid and the other names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. CryptoTrader is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

13. Evaluation period, subscription and refunds

13.1. Free evaluation period

Every new account starts with a free evaluation period, with access to all of the extension's features. The expiry date is shown in the Account tab. The evaluation period does not ask for any payment method, and nothing is charged when it ends.

13.2. Subscription

• After the evaluation period, full use of the extension requires a subscription, in a monthly, semiannual or annual cycle.
• The price, the length of each cycle and any bonus months are shown on the subscription page — opened from the button in the Account tab — before you buy. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of purchase.
• Payment is processed by the third-party service NOWPayments and is also subject to that service's terms.
• The subscription is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed.
• There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge: to continue, you pay for a new cycle on the subscription page. Paying before the expiry date adds the new period to the days you still have left, including those of the evaluation period.
• Anyone who signs up through the referral link of an accredited partner, or enters that partner's referral code when setting their password, gets a discount on their first purchase, already applied to the prices on the subscription page, and the free evaluation period offered by that partner, if any.

13.3. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of the payment date, without giving a reason, through the contact email (section 16). The amount paid is returned through the same method used for the payment, and the corresponding period is removed from your account. After that deadline, periods already paid are not refunded, in full or in part, except where the law requires it.

13.4. When your plan expires

When the evaluation period ends, or a paid period ends without being renewed, you keep access to all of the extension's tabs and information, but:

• sending orders to exchanges through the extension is restricted to subscribers;
• you may have to wait a few seconds to see the information when you switch tab, asset or timeframe.

Subscribing or renewing removes these restrictions as soon as the payment is confirmed.

13.5. Accredited partners (referral program)

Every account has its own referral link, created together with it; using it is optional. We may block a link that breaches these Terms. The commission percentage, the referred person's discount and the additional evaluation days are set per partner and may change — a change applies to later payments and sign-ups.

Accredited partners earn a commission on the payments of the people they referred. The commission on each payment only becomes available for withdrawal 7 (seven) days after that payment — the refund period of section 13.3 —, and a refunded payment generates no commission. The other conditions — percentage, minimum balance and withdrawal fee — are shown in the partner area.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update this document. The last-updated date at the top always indicates the version in force. If the change is relevant, we will tell you by e-mail or inside the extension. Continuing to use the service after it takes effect means accepting the new version.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer user's domicile are elected to settle disputes, as provided by law.
